Payment Options

Your online payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Paypal is an online secure processor that allows customers to send e-payment for products and services via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or directly from an approved bank account.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped from our location in Langley, B.C.

Orders are processed as they are received, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, the package will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday the following week, depending on volume and/or holidays. Orders placed before 11 am (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday, excluding national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time), will ship the next business day.

Shipping charges

Our shipping rates are as follows*:

Grand opening promotion: Free shipping on all orders within Canada and USA.


All online purchases ordered under our "Free Shipping" promotion will be carried out via Canada Post Expedited Shipping or USPS. If another carrier option is desired, regular shipping rates will apply. "Free Shipping" promotions apply to Canadian and USA shipments only.

*** Some rural areas in Canada require delivery via aircraft. These regions that begin with the following postal codes will be charged additional fees not listed in the above table. A0K, A0P, G0G, JOM, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B Your Junkyard may upgrade the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Standard shipping prices may increase periodically.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process, and the date the order is processed. Orders are processed within 48 hours, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays. Orders placed before 1 am (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday, excluding national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time), will ship the next business day. Your Junkyard Ltd. will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control. Your Junkyard is not held liable for any circumstances delaying shipping beyond our control. i.e. Weather delays, Canada Post missorts, Canada Post errors. Please see estimated delivery dates below, as listed on the carriers’ websites*:

Your Junkyard Free Shipping Over 99 Canada * Shipping and delivery dates are an estimate only. Your Junkyard cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery times, for reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Local, provincial/state, or national holidays
  2. Postal strikes or closures
  3. Natural or manmade disasters

New In-store Pick Up Option

If you selected “pick up in-store” as your shipping option during checkout, no shipping charge will be added to your total, your order will not be shipped. When your order status is updated to “ready for pickup” via email, you will be responsible for picking up your order at our Langley location, at the following address:

Please allow up to 2 business days for your “pickup” order to be processed and ready for pickup. You may authorize another individual to pick up your order for you. If you choose to do so, please email us at hello@yourjunkyard.ca providing a first and last name of the person you authorize to pick up your order. 

*Please note that if the name of the person who comes to pick up your order, differs from the Name specified at checkout, he or she will not be allowed to leave with the order, until we successfully make contact with you, either by phone or email, and receive authorization from you, to give the individual your order.

Order Status And Tracking

Orders to be Shipped After your online order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier, with a tracking number for your package. You may copy and paste this tracking number into the tracking field on the carrier's website; for Canada Post tracking, click here. Sales, Promotions and Discounts

Our online merchandise is priced the same as the merchandise in our store, with the exception of exclusive online promotions. Occasionally, Your Junkyard may offer a time-limited promotion that is applicable to online sales. In such case, the pricing between the store and the online store may vary. Purchases made online during such promotions, will not be offered price adjustments after the point of sale. When purchasing online, a sale price will be listed next to the regular price. If on sale, the regular price will appear with a strikethrough. We do not issue price-adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.

Sales Tax

Canada The GST/HST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase. Your Junkyard Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any such charges.


Returns

All sales of underwear or intimates are final. Socks may be returned if they are in the original packaging with original receipt and tags still attached.

Online Merchandise Return Policy

  1. We offer a refund or exchange only on socks if they are in the original packaging with tags still attached. All underwear items are final sale. Please see brand size charts if you are unsure of what size to buy.
  2. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase
  3. All sale items are a FINAL SALE; sale items cannot be returned for a full refund.
  4. We do not offer price adjustments.
  5. Returns on holiday gift purchases (purchased as a gift for someone else, from November 15 – December 31) will be accepted until January 15th of the new year (15 days after December 31 of the preceding year). Exchanges or credit notes for holiday gift purchases bought in the preceding year, will be offered until the last day of February, of the new year (60 days from December 31 of the preceding year).
  6. Your Junkyard limits returns/exchanges up to $600 or up to 6 items, whichever is reached first, per customer per year.

Returns and Exchanges

To ensure your return of merchandise purchased at hello@yourjunkyard.ca.ca is eligible for processing, please complete the following steps:
    1. Check your receipt to ensure the 30 day return time frame has not expired. Also, please ensure that your item(s) comply with our Online Merchandise Return Policy, and are eligible for processing.
    2. Contact us via email at hello@yourjunkyard.ca, and request a return authorization number. If you are emailing your request, please explain in detail the reason for the return, the condition of the returning merchandise, and disclose any other information pertinent to the return.
    3. When you receive a return authorization number, write the number clearly on the outside of the package (ex. WR# 1234)
    4. Ship the return to the following address:

Your receipt must be present at the time of return. All returning merchandise must be eligible for return, in accordance with our Online Merchandise Return Policy. Items returned in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair, pet stains, sewn-in manufacturer’s tags removed). We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition. Please note:
    1. Returns received at Your Junkyard after 30 days of your order being processed, will be eligible for merchandise credit only, for a period of an additional 30 days, and only if the style is still being sold at www.yourjunkyard.ca in the same colour. Merchandise credit will reflect the most current sales price listed, or the price originally charged, whichever is less.
    2. Any merchandise received at Your Junkyard after 60 days will automatically be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
    3. Sale merchandise that was purchased online may not be returned for a full refund. Clearance merchandise marked at 50% off or more from the original price, that was purchased, will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit.
    4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  1. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at Your Junkyard. (Except in the case where an item to be exchanged for is not currently in stock, but is a basic style at Your Junkyard, and it will be restocked in the near future. In such case, Your Junkyard will obtain your permission to process the exchange when the stock arrives.)
  2. We recommend that you send your return to Your Junkyard via an insured carrier. Your Junkyard will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
  3. Your Junkyard will not pay the shipping costs of returns or exchanges, except in the case of incorrectly shipped items, or merchandise being returned because of manufacturer’s defect.

Checking the Status of Your Return

Returns with a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box, will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt at Your Junkyard. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account. To check on the status of a return, email us at hello@yourjunkyard.ca

Credit Card Refunds

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase. Credit Card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. For your protection, please do not disclose any credit card information through mail, email, or voice mail message. Please note: it may take up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account. If merchandise credit is used for any part of your Your Junkyard order, and a return is made, the merchandise credit will be refunded first, and the remainder will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.

Paypal Refunds

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase. If merchandise credit is used for any part of your Your Junkyard order, and a return is made, the merchandise credit will be refunded first, and the remainder will be refunded to the PayPal account used at the time of payment. Please note: it may take up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you paid via paypal and are returning merchandise, you will be refunded either in the form of a merchandise credit, or your paypal account will be refunded within 3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
